When will my order be dispatched?
- We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1.00pm the same day, but depending on our working capacity some packages are dispatched 24hours after receiving your order.
- If you are in a hurry and need something urgently, please contact us by phone only before you purchase to ensure we can meet your demands.
What service will by order be sent by?
- Depending on the size, weight and location, we use Royal Mail or FedEx to deliver your items.
- All Royal Mail consignments are sent via 1st Class post and the expected delivery is advised between 2-5 working days.
- FedEx consignments are sent on a 48-hour service.
How much is delivery?
- All our delivery prices are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout
- All deliveries sent via Royal Mail to the UK are free of charge
- Mainland UK deliveries sent via FedEx are free of charge
- Some extremely bulky item that exceed 40KGs may have a £9.99 charge
- Non-Mainland UK deliveries sent via FedEx carry surcharges for different area's. Those area's and surcharges include:
- UK HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS - from £9.99
- UK CHANNEL ISLANDS (GUERNSEY/JERSEY) - from £19.99
- FRANCE & IRELAND - from £9.99
- France and Ireland deliveries sent via Royal Mail cost:
- Between £1.00-£3.99 depending on size and weight
General Information:

Unfortunately we no longer ship to BFPO addresses
- European Consignments other than France and Ireland are not currently accepted through our shop. These will be available shortly though and prices will be calculated at checkout dependent on your Country.
- In the meantime, please contact us for a quote if you wish to order from an EU country and we will endeavor to deal with these on an ‘as and when’ needed service until International Shipping is fully operational.
Working Days:
- When we refer to working days the following are NOT classed as working days;
- Saturday
- Sunday
- Bank Holidays
- Any other National Holiday such as Christmas, Boxing Day etc
