What is DJs Only Returns Policy?
What do I need to do before I can return an item?
Please read our entire Returns Policy before taking the next action (some products are excluded from our 7 Day Returns Policy):
- If you receive an incomplete order or have parts missing, or if you item(s) have a broken part, give us a call on 01254 676900 or email us before requesting a return. Our service department may be able to replace the part.
- All returns must arrive back to DJs Only no later than 7 days after the date of purchase.
- All item(s) must be returned to DJs Only unused, complete with all accessories, original packaging(bags/polystyrene/manuals etc) and any free gifts. Please safely wrap up your item(s) in its original packaging and ensure all barcodes and serial number tags are still intact.
- Ensure you include your packing note/receipt (found on the front of your original consignment within the documents enclosed wallet)
- Please ensure the above notes are double checked to assist us in dealing with your Return as quickly as possible!
How do I return an item?
- If your item was delivered via Royal Mail, you must return your item to us via the same method Royal Mail.
- We advise sending the item back via 1st Class Recorded Mail to ensure your return has a signature from us once delivered to prove receipt.
- If your item was delivered via FedEx we recommend returning your item to us via www.interparcel.com – Interparcel is a Courier Agent with a large range of UK couriers available to book in your collection, at a convenient time and day for yourself.
- If you prefer, DJs Only can collect your consignment via FedEx for a cost of £15. You will be required to make yourself available from 9am – 5pm on the agreed date.

How long will it take for me to be credited?
- The maximum time frame for credits is 7 days from it arriving back at our warehouse, but most are dealt with within 24hours. Please note: Paypal refunds are instant once we issue them, but debit/credit card payments take approx 24-72hours.
- All funds are returned back to the same payment method that was used to place the order.
The item I bought was a promo or had a free gift?
- All promos such as free gifts, buy one get free, etc must be returned. Anything which is not be returned will result in a delay in your credit until the promo item(s) have been returned.
What is your Complete Returns Policy?
Unwanted Purchases & Your Right to Cancel an Order
- You must notify us of your intent to cancel your order within 7 days of day of your delivery.(Example; If items are delivered Monday, you must inform us no later than the following Monday)
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, free gifts if applicable and the invoice/packing note.
- A refund of the order total will be processed, minus outward shipping costs from DJs Only to the customer, and minus any collection charges incurred by Djs Only if applicable.
- When returning a product through Royal Mail please do not use premium shipping methods such as Special Delivery. We recommend 1st Class Recorded Mail.
- All items delivered via Courier must be returned back to us via Courier. Please do not send an item back us via Royal Mail if we have sent the item by a courier such as FedEx. We recommend you use www.interparcel.com to arrange for your item(s) to be collected, or if preferred for a £15 charge we can collect your item via FedEx if you can make yourself available between 9am – 5pm on an agreed day.
- Music CD’s, Karaoke Packs, DVD’s or any other media or Software purchased that are returned in an unsealed or tampered packaging will not be accepted for return or replacement.
Faulty products – Up to 30 days from purchase
- In the event of a product developing a fault within the first 30days since purchase, a full refund or replacement item will be issued after we have received the item and verified the fault.
- Delivery costs incurred for faulty products within the first 30days since purchase will be incurred by DJs Only.
- Items delivered via Royal Mail should be sent back to us via 1st Class Record Delivery. Please obtain a proof of postage.
- Do not send items by premium methods as only 1st Class Recorded postal charges will be refunded.
- Bulky items sent via Courier will be collected by Courier also, again at DJs Only’s cost.
Faulty products – Over 30 days from delivery date
- In the event of a product developing a fault over 30days since purchase but within the manufacturer’s warranty period (usually 12months), we will, at our discretion, offer a repair in-house, or obtain a Returns Number on your behalf from the manufacturer to have the item repaired by their respective Service Department, or have the product replaced with an item in a fully functional state (usually a repaired product of the same model in a similar cosmetic condition as the faulty unit).
- Delivery costs incurred for faulty products over 30days of purchase are solely the responsibility of the customer, and neither DJs Only nor the Manufacturer will incur costs for collection of the item.
- DJs Only or the Manufacturer will however return the item to you at no cost to the buyer.
- When returning a product through Royal Mail please do not use

Incorrect Orders through Packaging Errors & Substitutes
- In the event of receiving an incorrect product or an unwanted substitute item, a full refund or replacement item will be issued after we have received the item back to us.
- Delivery costs incurred for faulty products within the first 30days since purchase will be incurred by DJs Only.
- Items delivered via Royal Mail should be sent back to us via 1st Class Record Delivery. Please obtain a proof of postage.
- Do not send items by premium methods as only 1st Class Recorded postal charges will be refunded.
- Bulky items sent via Courier will be collected by Courier also, again at DJs Only’s cost.
General Information:
- If you are returning an item via 1st Class Recorded post, please enclose a copy of the receipt from the Post Office. We also recommend obtaining a proof of posting for your own records.
- All returns must be accompanied by your packing note/receipt found on the front of your consignment in the Documents Enclosed Wallet. If you have disposed of this please include your order number (found on your email confirmation), email address, phone number and your eBay ID (if applicable).
- Repairs are normally dealt with within 30days of receipt of the product, but to avoid disappointment we will advise of an expected date of completion as soon as possible - usually within 10 days.
- If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund or repair will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return postage fees.

PLEASE NOTE: All free gifts (unless faulty on the day of delivery) are excluded from our warranties. No claims will be accepted for free gifts - this includes, repairs, replacements or money off etc. Only if the free gift is notified as faulty on the day of delivery will DJs Only replace the free gift - like for like.
